Cambridge Ahead’s City of Quarters – imagining sustainable neighbourhoods

18/05/2022

Organiser: Cambridge Ahead

Venue: Cambridge University Botanic Garden, BioBlitz event

Date: 25 June 2022, 10am - 4pm

Join Cambridge Ahead on the 25th June in the beautiful Cambridge University Botanic Garden as part of Cambridge Nature Network’s first ever Nature Festival!

We will be running a crafts stall for the whole family and gathering your ideas about how we can bring more nature to all quarters of Cambridge and make our city more environmentally sustainable.

You’ll be invited to add to our ‘City of Quarters canvas’ and imagine a neighbourhood that is climate resilient, where residents live ‘with’ the natural environment and are able to build closer relationships with nature local to them.

Drop by for an informal chat, get your hands messy and enjoy a sweet treat

We can’t wait to see you there!

Entry to the parks costs £6.80 for adults. Children under 16, University of Cambridge students and carers of disabled visitors go free. See here for more detail on ticket prices for the Gardens.

£5 tickets are also available for BioBlitz events running on 24th and 25th June and also provide access to the Gardens. These must be booked in advance.
