During these uncertain times of COVID-19 and social distancing, it can be very stressful and challenging trying to juggle and manage work, home life, family members and personal safety.

To help, the Rising Network has launched a weekly ‘Time Out Tuesday’ series, which will run during COVID-19. This weekly check in will give participants the opportunity to engage and connect with others over a virtual coffee break hosted by Lily Cheng, Founder of the Rising Network.

These weekly online sessions have been designed to support; offering a mental break to stop and pause, offering 30 minutes to maintain human connections outside the home over meaningful conversations. This is a chance to stay connected with others in an uplifting online video call to discuss challenges, solutions, give and receive support, or simply to listen and learn from others while maintaining physical distance.
