Cambridge Information and Intellectual Property Annual Meeting – 11th July

CIIPM 2018’s theme is ‘Innovation, Valuation and Licensing’.

The meeting features 7 talks, 7 exhibitors, and plenty of time for networking. Join us to meet, talk and learn about patents, technology and know-how licensing, IP valuation, and using information for patentability and freedom to operate purposes.

The CIIPM summer meeting provides an opportunity for knowledge sharing for those engaged with the commercialisation of technologies using intellectual property (IP) and those needing to ensure they have the right information to make legal and commercial decisions. The July meeting starts with lunch, which leads in to an afternoon of talks and discussions. CIIPM also features a small exhibition where you can learn more about patent information and IP management tools.  We round off the afternoon with a drinks reception.

CIIPM speakers in 2018 are from Arm, GSK, Marks & Clerk, Oxfirst, UK IPO, Safeguard IP, and Taylor Wessing. And they will be covering subjects from  patent, technology and know-how licensing, to IP valuation, IP audit, and IP insurance, and information talks on finding the right business intelligence, and  how to search for patentability and freedom to operate. This year our exhibitors include RWS, Minesoft, Questel, UK IPO, EBSCO, CAS, and FIZ Karlsruhe.  There is one exhibition space remaining.
