Proactive People Management – 12th September
This is a one-day workshop for first line managers, business owners and developing managers, with limited people management experience.
We’ll improve your confidence in getting the best from your team and you’ll learn how to approach performance and misconduct issues for the best outcomes. You’ll learn tools and techniques to enable you to manage proactively.
You’ll leave able to:
- Motivate and inspire your team
- Approach employee issues with increased confidence in an appropriate and timely manner
- Identify differences between performance and misconduct issues and follow the correct process for each
- Deal with poor performing employees confidently and within the law
- Be effective and proactive in the management of sickness and absence
- Manage misconduct safely
- Be aware of, and confidently use tools and relevant documentation
